Our shipping policy is centered on transparency and reliability. We aim to build trust and loyalty by delivering your orders promptly and efficiently.    

US Shipping Information

To guarantee same-day dispatch, we recommend you place your order and complete payment before approx 10:00 AM CST/CDT

Orders placed after approx. 10:00 AM CST/CDT will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment being completed (subject to stock availability and value of order).

Larger orders can take slightly longer to process.

The availability and cost of these services vary according to your location and the size of your order and reflect the prices given by our shipping providers. Return & Exchange Policy

At DGTseeds.com, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange a product, we are here to make the process simple and straightforward. Our aim is to reassure our customers that they can shop with confidence, knowing that they have the option of a hassle-free return or exchange.
We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original unopened packaging.

If you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to at least a partial refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee for all items returned in satisfactory and original condition. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us such as shipping and packaging.

If the item you purchased was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction
